Veterans Coming from the Denver VA Medical Center
I am happy to share with you about the veterans who are now coming out from the Denver VA Medical Center. Maybe you are wondering why it makes me “happy.” I am happy because, if they come here, maybe they will see there is hope for whatever they are struggling with. In early August, a Vietnam veteran decided he had had enough of this life. As he saw it, the only way to end his struggle and pain was to end his life. Air Force Work Team
In July I received an email from an Air Force Captain stationed at Schriever AFB in Colorado Springs. He heard of our free Healing Horses for the Armed Forces program. He was so moved by our desire to serve military members that he offered to bring a work team to the ranch to lend a hand as a way to give back.
