SECURING THE LAND CAMPAIGN
A HOME FOR EAGLE’S NEST RANCH
For the past 8 years, we have been renting the property that we have operated the ministry on. It is time for us to take the next step from operating on a rental property to owning the 40-acre ranch that has become our home. We have seen God move and heal hearts here. We feel God’s direction in moving forward and feel His blessing for what lies ahead. For that reason, now in our 12th year of operation, we are launching a campaign to purchase the property that we have poured into all these years.
Many of you know the story, but it bears remembering. In 2008, when, I, Suzy first felt the Lord’s call to begin a ministry with horses, one of my constant prayers was for a property — a home for Eagle’s Nest Ranch. After years of waiting and trusting, the Lord opened doors in 2014 in a remarkable way to start the ministry on a friend’s property. After that initial start, we found ourselves needing to move two more times in order to keep operating. In 2019, when ENR had to move for the 3rd time, the Timber Drive property came up for sale — the very property I had visited and fallen in love with years earlier, even before the ranch ministry had ever started! This property had every asset we needed to serve those whose hearts were wounded. The barns, pastures, the woods, indoor and outdoor arenas and a modest home had everything on my checklist of needs. The Lord opened the door for us to operate here on this beautiful and peaceful property through a board member who purchased it in late 2019 with the intention that it be the permanent home of the ministry.
Our goal is to raise $1.1 million over the next 18 months to purchase the Timber Drive property outright and secure it as the permanent home of Eagle’s Nest Ranch.
“For the Lord God is a sun and shield. The Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. Oh Lord of hosts, blessed is the one who trusts in you."

This campaign is separate from our normal operating donations.
Your faithful giving to sustain the day-to-day ministry remains vital and unchanged. This initiative is focused specifically on long-term stewardship — ensuring that the land where healing happens is protected for generations to come.
For the past eight years, this ranch has been the place where God has been restoring lives and healing broken hearts, and with much joy, we have seen sacred encounters between hurting heroes and a faithful God take place here.
Now, we believe it is time to secure what He has already built.
Psalm 37:5 reminds us:
“Commit your way to the Lord; trust Him and He will act.”
This is not a step driven by urgency or fear. It is a step of obedience and stewardship. Owning the land will eliminate future uncertainty, protect the ministry from displacement, and anchor Eagle’s Nest Ranch for decades of impact.
